You will probably need planning permission before you start building! However large or small your extension, Award Design can help you with your Architectural services & planning drawings for local authority planning permission and building control documents for full plans building control applications.
We are a local company based in Camberley, Surrey keep our client base to within a 25 mile radius of our office.
After an initial FREE consultation, we can establish exactly what your requirements are and whether plausible within the planning constraints. Any various options to achieve the desired result, within a realistic budget, can then be discussed. We will also provide a detailed portfolio of previous projects for your perusal.
Once all parties are satisfied with the task to be undertaken, we will carry out a measured survey of your property & produce all the drawings and documents required for your Planning and Building Control Applications to the local authorities. We will act as your agent for the application and liaise direct with the planning department on your behalf until a decision is reached. Once planning approval has been granted, the next stage of the project is to produce the construction drawings and specifications for the Building Regulation application.
We produce all documents on CAD, so apart from the initial meeting & survey, all correspondence can be via email and phone which dramatically speeds up the process. We will need maybe an hour, to carry out a measured survey, then back at the office we will produce draft schemes to get the ideas flowing, we can then revise these plans to suit your exact requirements.
NO money is required up front and an invoice will only be issued once you are fully satisfied with the scheme to be submitted.
